Chicken Livers with Cherries

Whether it was a ton of fresh air I inhaled that day walking the waterfront of Sausalito, some Napa wine tasting just before, or this was just really tasty! Will be making this dish sometime, so I am posting this under my Inspiration! Here is what’s in the Fegatini of Poggio Trattoria:

seared chicken livers
bing cherries
blonde romesco
aceto balsamico
almonds
wild arugula

May add a crostini? Or some olive bread?
