Avocado Tartar

2 T olive oil
2 T red onion, minced
1 T dijon mustard
1 T lemon juice
1 T capers
1 T parsley, chopped
1/2 small jalapeno, minced
3 drops worcestershire
2 avocados, diced
salt and pepper, freshly ground


Combine all of the ingredients and fold in avocados.

Serve with toasts and wine.
