Baked Double Brie with Red Pepper Jelly

1 double cream brie round
1/4 C Red Pepper Jelly


Preheat oven to 350F. Score top side of brie with knife, just to pierce the rind. Place the brie into a ramekin. Spread red pepper jelly on top all the way to the edges. Bake until the cheese starts to ooze, about 12-15 min. Let stand for 5 min. May top with chopped pecans before baking.

Match made in Heaven:

Serve with a sliced baguette or toasted strips of ‎Montasio and Walnut Bread.
Pair with Champagne Bellini‎.
