Black Caviar and Quail Egg on Potato Pancake

Ingredients:

6 Kartoffelpuffer
3 T crème fraiche
3 Boiled Quail Eggs, peeled, and halfed
3 t or more black caviar

Directions:

Assemble the crème fraiche, then Boiled Quail Egg half, then caviar on top of the Kartoffelpuffer.

Match made in Heaven:

Some champagne and a chatty company, just so you get to eat most of these.
Or, dry Riesling goes well with caviar as well.
