Cheese and Onion Pie

Ingredients:

2 small onions, cut into rings
2 T butter
100 g cheese, white (8 slices)
3 eggs, beaten
1 Pie Crust
salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375F.
Fry onions in butter until soft, but not brown.
Add salt, cheese, eggs. Melt and take off the heat.
Roll out 2/3 of the crust into a pie shell.
Pour in the stuffing and cover with 1/3 of the crust dough.
Cover edges with foil. Bake for 40 min.

Serve by itself or as a side.
