Sriracha Chicken Wings

2 lbs fresh wings, separated at joints
1/4 C Sriracha, or more


Parboil wings for 20 min.
Drain and gently stir in the sauce. Transfer to a greased baking sheet.
Broil on high for 10 min, then bake for another 10 min at 400F.

Match made in Heaven:

Your favorite Pale Ale or Pilsner.
Try them with Roasted Poblano and Bergeron Waffles.‎
