1 1/3 C water
1 t salt
1 T sugar
4 T olive oil
4 C flour
2 t bread machine yeast
2 C fontina cheese, coarsely shredded
10 pitted large black olives with 2 T of their juice
Put all ingredients in order into a bread pan, except the cheese, olives and their juices.
Set the bread machine on large size loaf, white cycle, and press Start.
At the mix-ins time add cheese and olives with their juices.
Cool bread when ready on the wire rack.

Hot from the oven, just add butter!
