Cheese and Sun-Dried Tomato Bread

1 C water, 80-90F
1 t salt
1 T sugar
3 3/4 C flour
1 t Italian seasoning
2 1/4 t bread machine yeast
1 C Fontina cheese, coarsely shredded
1/3 C sun-dried tomatoes with 1 T of their oil


Put all ingredients in order into a bread pan, except the cheese, tomatoes and their juices.
Set the bread machine on large size loaf, white cycle, and press Start.
At the mix-ins time add cheese and tomatoes with their juices.
Cool bread when ready on the wire rack.

Match made in Heaven:

Fresh from the oven, just add butter!
