Grana Padano Peppercorn French Bread

Ingredients:

1 1/4 C warm water, 27-32C
1 1/4 t salt
4 T olive oil
3 3/4 C flour
1 C Grana Padano, coarsely shredded
2/3 t black pepper, freshly ground
2 t bread machine yeast

Directions:

Put all ingredients in order into a bread pan.
Set the bread machine on large size loaf, French cycle, and press Start.
Cool bread when ready on the wire rack.

Match made in Heaven:

Hot from the oven, just add butter!
