3 C flour
2 egg yolks
2 T water
pinch kosher salt
Put the flour in the large bowl or directly on the flat table surface.
Make an indent in the middle, and place eggs, egg yolks, water and salt in it.
Gently mix with a fork until completely blended.
Knead by hand until completely consistent.
Let rest for 20-30 min before rolling out or puting through the pasta maker.

Try adding herbs and make your favourite shapes, boil then add butter.
