Roasted Red Pepper and Olive Bread

Ingredients:

1 1/2 C water
1 t sea salt
3 T olive oil
4 C flour
2 t bread machine yeast
20 pitted black olives with 1 T of olive juice
1 Roasted Red Pepper‎, peeled, seeded and thinly sliced

Directions:

Put all ingredients in order into a bread pan, except the olives and red pepper.
Set the bread machine on large size loaf, white cycle, and press Start.
At the mix-ins time add the olives with their juices and red pepper.
Cool bread when ready on the wire rack.

Match made in Heaven:

A perfect sandwich!
