Spinach and Feta Scones

Ingredients:

2 1/2 C flour
1 1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1/2 C olive oil
4 T sugar
1 egg
2/3 C buttermilk
200 g frozen spinach, defrosted
1/2 C feta, roughly crumbled

Directions:
Mix fist 4 ingredients in one bowl.
Mix the next 4 ingredients in another bowl and add to the dry ingredients.
Add spinach and feta.
Bake 17 min @425F, or until golden.

Match made in Heaven:

Some butter.
