2 C water
4 T semolina, fine grind
2 T sugar
1 T butter
In a pot, stir in semolina into water.
Bring to boil, stirring continuously. Simmer for 10 min, stirring continuously, until thickens.
Remove from heat, add salt and sugar and let sit covered for 5 minutes.
Pour into a bowl.
