Quail Eggs and Bacon on Baked Potato

Ingredients:

2 Baked Potatoes
4 strips Oven Crisp Bacon
2 fried quail eggs
salted butter

Directions:

Cut open the Baked Potatoes.
Layer butter, Oven Crisp Bacon, and top with fried quail eggs.

Match made in Heaven:

A good cup of coffee, or for brunch, enjoy a glass of Buck’s Fizz or a Caesar.
