Mapled Butter

1 C butter, unsalted
1/2 C pure maple syrup
1/4 t kosher salt, finely ground


In a large pot bring the syrup and salt to a boil. Continue to simmer until thickens, 15 min.
Add butter, remove from heat and beat with a mixer until creamy, 10 min.
Refrigerate in a container.
Will keep for 2 weeks.

Match made in Heaven:

Serve on Pancakes, or Waffles.
