1/2 C butter, room temperature
1 ripe peach, room temperature
1 t cinnamon, ground
Peel the peach, chop into small pieces.
Combine all ingredients in a cup and mix with immersion blender until smooth.
Chill until firm. (1 hour +)
Keeps in refrigerator for about 2 weeks, and for a few months in a freezer.
Freeze in ice trays for cubes or other shapes, then transfer to an air-tight container.
