Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients:

1 Roasted Red Pepper
1 can garbanzo beans (28 oz)
1/2 C tahini
2 T lemon juice
6 cloves Roasted Garlic
1 T ground cumin
salt

Directions:

Drain beans, reserving the liquid.
Process the beans with the rest of the ingredients and 1/2 cup of the liquid, until smooth.
Add more liquid if desired.

Match made in Heaven:

Baked pita chips.

    The roasted red peppers and garlic were super tasty in this hummus. My 2-year-old loved it as well.
