Roasted Red Pepper Bean and Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

1 Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
1/2 can red kidney beans (14 oz), drained
125 g Philadelphia cream cheese
handful your favourite grated cheese
salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400F.
Process all of the ingredients but grated cheese, until smooth.
Pour mixture into ramekins and top with grated cheese.
Bake for 20 min, or until cheese is bubbly, broil to bring the cheese to golden.

Match made in Heaven:

Baked pita chips.
