Shrimp and Dill Dip

1 lb Cooked Shrimp peeled and deveined, tails removed, chilled
1 T ketchup
1/2 C mayo
4 dashes Worcestershire
1 T horseradish
350 g cream cheese
1 small onion, finely diced
10 sprigs dill, chopped super fine


Process the first 5 ingredients until the shrimp is in small chunks. Add cream cheese and process just to combine.
Pour the mixture in a bowl, add onion and dill and stir to combine.
Best refrigerated overnight.

Match made in Heaven:

Chips or crackers.
Belgian-style saison or Hefeweizen.
