3 T red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 t sea salt
1/4 t black pepper, freshly ground
3/4 C olive oil
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a jar with lid and shake until salt is dissolved.
Add olive oil and shake well.
Keeps in the fridge, covered, for 2 weeks.
