Beer Cheddar Sauce

1 T butter
2 T flour
1/2 C whole milk, at room temperature
1/2 C beer, at room temperature
1 C cheddar, shredded
1 t Sriracha


On medium high, melt butter, stir in flour. Cook for a minute.
Gradually add whole milk, then beer.
Stir in the cheese and Sriracha and mix until cheese melts.
Serve right away.

Great with tortilla chips or dip your Pretzels and Nachos!
