Cajun Remoulade

strong>1/4 C yellow onion, finely diced
1/4 C green onion, finely diced
1/4 C celery, finely diced
1 lemon, juice and zest
1 T garlic, minced
1 T horseradish
2 T grainy mustard
1 T yellow mustard
2 T ketchup
2 T fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 t sea salt
1/2 t black pepper, course ground
1/4 t cayenne pepper
1 C Mayonnaise
2 T olive oil


Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend for 1 minutes until smooth.
Keeps in the fridge for 5 days.
