Creamy Mushroom Sauce

12 g dried mushrooms
2 T butter
1 small onion, diced
2 T flour
3/4 C broth
salt and pepper, freshly ground


Boil mushrooms for 30 minutes. Chop.
Fry mushrooms and onion in butter, until onion is almost brown.
On medium heat, add flour and salt, and let thicken, stirring.
Add broth and bring to a medium thickness.

Potato cutlets stuffed with beef and mushrooms
