Rotisserie Chicken Dipping Sauce

1 T ketchup
1 t paprika
1 t brown sugar
1/2 t chipotle chili pepper
1/4 t allspice
1/4 t dried thyme
1/4 t dried mustard
3/4 t Worcestershire
8 drops Frank’s RedHot
2 T flour
1 1/3 C water
juices from 1 Rotisserie Chicken
salt and pepper, freshly ground


Skim the fat from the Rotisserie Chicken juices.
Bring to simmer and reduce for 5 minutes.
Add 1 C water and remaining spices and sauces.
Simmer for 15 min.
Mix 1/3 C water with flour. Add to sauce and thicken.

Serve with my Butter Mashed Potatoes
