3 large garlic cloves
3T olive oil
1 can stewed tomatoes 28 oz
2 T fresh basil, finely chopped
salt and pepper, freshly ground
Sautee garlic in olive oil for a few seconds, don’t let it brown.
Process tomatoes in the food processor until almost smooth.
Add to pot. Bring to boil and simmer on medium heat with closed lid for 30-40 min.
Add basil, salt and pepper.
