1 t ginger, freshly grated
2 T olive oil
1 T lime juice (or lemon if preferred)
2 T soy sauce
1 T mirin, or spiced mirin like jalapeno mirin
1 T rice wine vinegar
1 t sesame oil (optional)
Combine all ingredients for the sauce, let sit for 2 hours and strain.

Drizzle over Tuna Tataki.
Try making a different version of this sauce, by adding 1/2 C of mayo and 2 T honey and dropping the lemon juice and oils.
