Prune and Sour Cream Cake

3 T honey
3 eggs
1 C sugar
2 C flour
60 g butter
1 T baking soda
2 T vanilla
500 g sour cream
1 C sugar
1 t vanilla


Mix all ingredients for dough:
honey, eggs, sugar, flour, butter, baking soda, vanilla.
Leave dough for 2 hours in the fridge.
Bake 2 layers, cut them in half, making 4 layers.
Mix the glaze: sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
Layer dough, prunes, nuts, cover with glaze.
Repeat 3 times.

Match made in Heaven:

A cup of black tea.
