Preheat the oven to 425F.
Oil the baking sheet.
Stretch out the pizza dough onto it.
Let the dough rest for 40-60 min, loosely covered, in a warm place, until has risen.
On one half of the dough, spread the stuffing jam.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Cover the stuffing with the other half of the dough.
Tightly seal the edges.
Brush with the egg, sprinkle with sugar.
Bake for 20 min, or until the top is golden, and the bottom has started to brown.
