Honey Cake

This is a small cake, I usually double it.

Ingredients:

Cake:
35 g butter
1 T honey
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 t baking soda
1 t lemon juice
1 1/2 C flour

Cream:
250 ml milk
1 egg
1/4 C sugar
2 T flour
1 t icing sugar
100 g butter
140 g condensed milk (1/2 can), boiled for 2 hours in a can, cooled
140 g sour cream, 14% fat or more
shaved chocolate or honey crumble, for decoration

Directions:

Melt butter, honey and sugar.
Add egg, lemon juice, baking soda, and flour.
Warm it up on water bath, cool.
Roll out into 5 layers.
Bake @400F until golden brown.

Bring the milk to a boil.
Mix egg, sugar, flour, icing sugar. Add in milk.
Simmer for 2-3 min, cool.
Add butter, condensed milk, and sour cream. Mix well.

Layer by layer, cover with cream and let soak overnight.
Decorate.

Match made in Heaven:

Black tea or Champagne.
