Nutella Heart Shaped Pizza

2 lb Pizza Dough
3 T sugar
1 egg, beaten, for optional brushing
raspberry jam or Nutella, for stuffing
olive oil
1 lb Pizza Dough
1 T sugar
olive oil


I make my pizza dough in a bread maker. First, make the dough for the top part,
adding the sugar before starting the machine.
Once the dough is ready, deflate and let sit for 5 min.
In the mean time, put the next dough, for the bottom part, into the bread maker.
Brush the baking sheet with olive oil.
Roll out the dough into a log, and cut into same size pieces.
Stuff each piece with some jam or nutella, seal, and arrange on the baking sheet.
Cover loosely and let sit to rise for 50-60 minutes.
Start preheating the oven to 450F half an hour before baking.
Optionally, brush the tops with the egg.
Bake at 450F for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
While the top part is cooling, preheat oven to 500F.
Brush the second baking sheet with olive oil.
Stretch the bottom part of the dough into a matching heart shape.
Bake 8-13 min @500F, depending on thickness.
Let sit for 5-10 min to cool.
Spread Nutella onto the bottom part and cover with the top part (heart).
Let sit to mold and serve.
