2 lb Pizza Dough
3 T sugar
1 egg, beaten, for optional brushing
raspberry jam or nutella, for stuffing
I make my pizza dough in a bread maker. Add the sugar before starting the machine.
Once ready, deflate and let sit for 5-10 min.
Brush the baking sheet with olive oil.
Roll out the dough into a log, and cut into same size pieces.
Stuff each piece with some jam or nutella, seal, and arrange on the baking sheet.
Cover loosely and let sit and rise for 50-60 minutes.
Optionally, brush the tops with the egg.
Bake at 400F for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
