Orange Scones

Ingredients:

2 1/2 C flour
1 1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1/2 C olive oil
1 1/2 C sugar
1 egg
2/3 C buttermilk
2 medium oranges, ends trimmed, cut into chunks and seeded

Directions:
Process the oranges in the food processor until almost smooth, but not pureed.
Mix fist 4 ingredients in one bowl.
Mix the next 4 ingredients in another bowl and add to the dry ingredients.
Add the oranges.
Bake 17 min @425F, or until golden.

Match made in Heaven:

Top with Devonshire Cream and have it with a hot cup of tea, English style.
