Sweet Chocolate Salami

200 g digestive biscuits
100 g sweetened condensed milk
50 g butter
50 g walnuts, chopped
10 g cocoa powder


Let butter soften to room temperature, or softer.
Put cookies thought the processor, to get fine crumbs.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Roll into a log. Wrap tightly with saran wrap or foil and cool in the fridge for an hour or until hard.
Cut as you would cut salami.

Match made in Heaven:

Strong cup of coffee or Champagne.
