Whipped Cream

Ingredients:

1 C heavy cream
2 T confectioner’s sugar
1 t vanilla

Directions:

Freeze a glass jar with the metal lid.
Put all the ingredients in the jar and close the lid.
Put the jar back in the freezer for 10 min.
Shake the jar very hard until peaks are forming, about 5-6 minutes.

Match made in Heaven:

Use as a topping on your desert or drinks.
