1 C Tequila Blanco works best
1 small jalapeño pepper, sliced
In a sterilized container, pour tequila over the jalapeño pepper.
Close and shake well.
Place in a cool/room temperature dark place overnight, up to 5 days, tasting for spice 😉 and shaking once a day.
When ready (depending on how you slice it, it may only take 8 hours), pour through the mesh to get rid of seeds and pepper.
