Mint Lemonade

3/4 C lemon juice, freshly squeezed
3/4 C sugar
4 C water
20 leaves mint
few slices of lemon and mint for garnish


Disolve sugar in 1 cup of water.
Add the remaining 3 cups of water and lemon juice.
Stir well.
Muddle the mint and add to the drink.
Best to let sit over night in a fridge.
Pour over ice and garnish with lemon slices and mint.

Match made in Heaven:

Hot sunny day and a glass of ice.
