Basil Salt

Ingredients:

1 C packed basil leaves
1 C kosher salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 225F.
Pulse both in the processor.
Bake for 20 min, then toss and bake for another 20 min or until dry.
Cool, and pulse again to fine grind.

Match made in Heaven:

Great on Caprese salad.
