Bratwurst Burger

1 lb finely ground pork
1 t sugar
1/4 t ground coriander
1/4 t paprika
1/4 t cayenne
1/4 t white pepper
1/4 t nutmeg
1/4 t chipotle chili pepper
1 t salt
1/2 t dry mustard
1/4 C 10% cream
3 pretzel (or burger) buns


Combine all of the ingredients, mix thoroughly.
Let sit and marinate for 1-2 hours.
Form 3 thick patties.
You can BBQ the patties; I broiled them this time.
Turn oven on broil 550F and flip the patties over once they turned brown on top (10-15 min), then broil for 5 min longer or until done and juices run clear.
Note: You can also freeze uncooked patties individually wrapped.
