Palak Paneer

1 1/2 lb frozen spinach, defrosted
2 T olive oil
1 green chili, finely minced
1 t ginger, finely grated
1 t garlic, finely grated
1/2 t cumin
1/4 t turmeric
1/4 t chili powder
2 t kasuri methi
1 t sugar
1 t garam masala
1/2 C cream
1 T flour
1 lb paneer


Puree the spinach until almost smooth but still chunky.
Fry all the spices in oil for 2 min, add spinach.
Heat through.
Add flour and cream, cook for 5 min.
Add paneer, cook for 5 min.
Adjust the salt.

Match made in Heaven:

Serve with roti, Coconut Rice‎, naan, paratha or kulcha.
