Shrimp and Polenta

1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 slices bacon, roughly chopped
1 red bell pepper, julienned
2 cloves garlic
pinch cayenne pepper
pinch chipotle chili pepper
1/2 C parsley, finely chopped
3 T olive oil
salt and pepper
Creamy Polenta Fina


While making Creamy Polenta Fina‎,
in oil fry garlic, cayenne pepper, chipotle chili pepper, bacon and red pepper until caramelized.
Add shrimp, salt and pepper, and 1/2 parsley and keep frying until shrimp is done.
Assemble on a bed of polenta and sprinkle with the remainder of parsley.
