300 g shrimp, peeled, deveined, rinsed and patted dry
2 T olive oil
1 t lime juice, freshly squeezed
1 t ancho chili pepper powder or chipotle chili pepper powder
1 Corn, Red Pepper and Mango Salsa
some taco shells, soft
Mix olive oil, lime juice and chilI pepper.
Marinate shrimp in the mix for 15 min at room temperature.
Over medium heat, saute until shrimp is pink (2 min or so), transfer to bowl and cool.
Assemble on a taco shell and top with salsa.
