Tuna Tataki

1/2 lb sushi grade tuna
2 T olive oil
Tataki Sauce

1 mini cucumber, sliced
1 avocado, peeled and sliced
1/2 bunch radish sprouts
4 T tobiko
1 sprig green onion, chopped
salad made of avocado, red onion, shredded lettuce and mayo
black pepper, freshly ground


Heat olive oil in a pan. Sear the tuna 30-45 seconds on each side.
Let it cool. Slice tuna thinly. Drizzle the sauce over the tuna, then garnish.

Match made in Heaven:

A glass of Rose!
Try making a different version of this sauce, by adding 1/2 C of mayo and 2 T honey and dropping the lemon juice and oils.
