2 lbs ground beef
2 eggs
1 C Parmigiano-Reggiano, coarsely shredded
1 C Breadcrumbs
2/3 C milk
1 C fresh parsley, finely chopped
salt and pepper, freshly ground
1 pot of Tomato Sauce


Mix all ingredients, shape into small meatballs, and drop into the hot Tomato Sauce.
Cover and simmer for 30 min before stirring.
Cook for 20 min more.

A glass of Red.‎
