Pork Bellies with Mushrooms on Polenta

Ingredients:

1 lb pork bellies, sliced 5mm thick
1 lb mushrooms of choice, washed and quartered
olive oil
salt and pepper, freshly ground
Creamy Polenta Fina

Directions:

Season pork with salt and pepper and toss in the hot pan with olive oil, on med-high heat.
Brown on both sides, adding mushrooms when almost done.
Season with additional pepper, and serve on top of Creamy Polenta Fina.
