Potato Cutlets Stuffed with Beef and Mushrooms

6 medium potatoes
1 egg
2 T high fat sour cream
1/2 lb beef, ground
1 medium white onion, diced
6-8 mushrooms, finely chopped
1 C Creamy Mushroom Sauce

flour and oil for frying
salt and pepper, freshly ground


Fry onions, add mushrooms, then beef. Salt and pepper. Set aside.
At the same time, boil potatoes in skin. Cool. Peel.
Grate potatoes.
Add egg, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Mix well, and shape into 4 balls.
Stuff them with the meat mix, flatten, dunk in flour and fry in oil until brown.
