Pasta Alfredo Carbonara

12 oz pasta
6 strips bacon, chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 small red pepper, julienned
1 1/2 chicken breast, cooked and sliced
1/4 t cayenne
1 1/2 C Béchamel Sauce
3/4 C Parmigiano-Reggiano, roughly shredded
1/2 C parsley, finely chopped
salt and pepper, freshly ground


Put pasta on a boil.
Crisp up bacon in a skillet. Add garlic and red pepper. Stir fry for 2 min.
Add chicken and season with cayenne, salt and pepper.
Add parmesan to béchamel sauce, pour over pasta. Ad bacon mixture and gently stir.
Sprinkle with parsley.
