I make my pizza dough in a bread maker.
Once the dough is ready, deflate and let sit for 10 min while preheating the grill to high.
Brush the baking sheet with plenty of olive oil and roll/stretch the dough onto it.
Brush the dough with oil and flip.
Slide the dough onto the grill.
Grill with lid open for 2 min.
Using tongs and spatula flip and quickly assemble the pizza:
Close lid and grill for 3-5 min or until the cheese has melted.
Let sit for 5 min before cutting.
Match made in Heaven:
Try champagne, it goes very good with the salty of the pizza.
