Spinach and Feta Pizza

1 Pizza Dough
2/3 C Tomato Pizza Sauce
100-150 g Monterey Jack with jalapeno, freshly grated
1/2 C black olives, chopped
1 C feta, crumbled
2/3 lb frozen spinach, drained, and squeezed dry
olive oil


I make my pizza dough in a bread maker. Once ready, deflate and let sit for 5-10 min.
Preheat oven to 500F.
Brush the baking sheet with olive oil and roll/stretch the dough onto it.
Spread the tomato sauce
Sprinkle cheeses, then olives, and spinach.
Bake 10 min @500F.
Broil 3.5 – 5 min @500F.

Let sit for 5-10 min before cutting.

Match made in Heaven:

Try champagne, it goes very good with the salty of the pizza.
