1 Kaiser bun, sliced in half
2 T butter
2 slices Appenzeller cheese
Assemble the cheese between the bread.
Fry in 1 T of butter per side, pressing down, until golden brown.

Try a glass of Gruner Veltliner, hoppy IPA, and, surprisingly bourbon goes well. If all fails, Riesling will do the trick.
