Apple Stuffing Jam

2 apples
6 T sugar
1/4 C juice


I used white cranberry juice blend. Can use almost any fruit juice – improvise!
Peel and finely chop apples.
Add sugar and juice. Bring to boil and simmer for 15 min on medium heat.
Turn up the heat to medium-high, cover and let simmer for another 15 min.
